INSTRUCTIONS FOR ADMISSION TO PRE SCHOOL (NURSERY) 2024-25

AVAILABILITY OF SEATS FOR PRE-SCHOOL

(Entry Level) in session 2024-25

Eligibility Criteria :

The Age Limit for admission in Class Pre-School (Nursery) is minimum 3 Years and maximum less than 04 years as on 31st March of the year in which the admission is sought.

Admission-Guidelines

• The registration process is open for admission in class Pre-School / Nursery ONLY for the session 2024-25.
• The child must have completed 3 yearsof age on March 31, 2024.
• Registration fee is Rs. 25/- (Non-refundable) & the receipt of the same must be retained by parents for future reference.
• The online form is for the candidates applying under GENERAL CATEGORY ONLY. (payment of Rs 25/- will be payable during submission of the hardcopy at the reception)Candidates willing to apply under DG/EWS Category are required to fill the form at the website of Directorate of Education, Delhi.

• The School Reserves the right to reject the Application Forms with incomplete or false information.

Documents Required At the Time of Registration

• Birth Certificate of the Child.
• School Leaving Certificate (If required).
• Proof of Residence: Ration Card/Aadhaar Card/Vote I-Card/Domicile Certificate/Electricity Bill /MTNL Bill/Passport in the name of any of the parents.
• Aadhaar Card of Student and both the Parents.
• Caste Certificate (If Any).
• Report card of previous class (if required)
• Medical Certificate stating blood group of the student
• Proof of Sibling: Identity Card and Report Card of the child studying in SNPS, NC.

• Note:
  • Registration Form found incomplete/false in any respect shall be rejected without any intimation.
  • No UNDERTAKING regarding the documents mentioned above shall be accepted at the time of verification of documents.
  • Distance calculation is considered only by the Main Road having its starting point from Gate No.1 of the School.
  • Attach the photocopies of the listed documents along with registration form at the time of its submission.
  • Attach one passport size photograph of student and both the parents (5 x 6 cm) in the admission form at the time of certificate of documents.
  • Any discrepancy if noted in the LIST published (First/Second/Third) to be brought to the notice of the Principal in writing within 48 hrs. (During school working hours) of its publication, failing which no representation shall be entertained thereafter.

Important Note: The Name of the Child, father’s name, mother’s name & DOB must be correct and tallied with documents submitted on the time of admission.

NO CHANGES IN NAME OR SPELLINGS ETC WILL BE ENTERTAINED IN FUTURE YEARS.
