INSTRUCTIONS FOR ADMISSION TO PRE SCHOOL (NURSERY) 2025-26

AVAILABILITY OF SEATS FOR PRE-SCHOOL

(Entry Level) in session 2025-26

Eligibility Criteria :

The Age Limit for admission in Class Pre-School (Nursery) is minimum 3 Years and maximum less than 04 years as on 31st March of the year in which the admission is sought.

General Instructions for Admission

• The registration process is open for admission in class Pre-School / Nursery ONLY for the session 2025-26.
• The child must have completed 3 years of age on March 31, 2025. (i.e. born between April 1, 2021 to March 31, 2022).
• Registration fee is Rs. 25/- (non-refundable) & the receipt of the same must be retained by parents for future reference.
  • The Admission form is also available on school website: snps.edu.in
  • Payment of Rs 25/- will be payable during submission of the hardcopy of admission form at school reception.
• Candidates willing to apply under DG/EWS Category are required to fill the form at the website of Directorate of Education, Delhi.
• The School Reserves the right to reject the Application Form with incomplete or false information.

Documents Required

• Duly filled in admission form complete in all respect.
• Recent photographs of child, parents & guardian (with red background), must be pasted on admission form.
• Photocopy of Date of Birth Certificate of the Child.
• Photocopy of Aadhaar Card of child and both the Parents.
• Proof of Residence: Ration Card/Aadhaar Card/Vote I-Card/Domicile Certificate/Electricity Bill /MTNL Bill/Passport in the name of any of the parents.
• Caste Certificate (If Any).
• Medical Fitness Certificate and blood group report of the child
• Proof of Sibling: Identity Card and Report Card of the child studying in SNPS, NC.

• Note: Kindly bring original documents of child & parents at the time of admission
  • Registration Form found incomplete/false in any respect shall be rejected without any intimation.
  • No UNDERTAKING for the non- submission of documents (mentioned above) shall be accepted during the documents verification at the time of admission.
  • Distance calculation is considered only by the Main Road having its starting point from Gate No.1 of the School.
  • Attach the self-attested photocopies of the listed documents along with registration form at the time of its submission.

Important Note: The Name of the Child, father’s name, mother’s name must be correct and tally with documents submitted (Admission form, DOB, Aadhar cards) at the time of admission.

NO CHANGES IN NAME OR SPELLINGS ETC WILL BE ENTERTAINED IN FUTURE YEARS.
