Sant Nirankari Public School, Nirankari Colony, Delhi, celebrated the Vigilance Awareness Week, organized by SBI, with gusto and gaiety on 1st Nov., 2017.
Mr. K. Somarajan, Deputy General Manager, SBI, Mr. Vipin Chopra, Assistant General Manager, SBI and Mrs. Poonam Syal, Principal , SNPS, Nirankari Colony were the special guests on this momentous occasion.
The following competitions were held in lieu of the same:-
- Hindi Elocution
- English Debate
- English and Hindi Essay Writing
- Painting and Slogan Writing
The contestants showcased flabbergasted performance. All the participants were applauded by the special guests, judges and the audience. This was followed by the Integrity Pledge, taken by everyone present at the venue with the motive of eradicating corruption, commitment to high standards of honesty and following probity in all walks of life. The Essay Writing Competition (English and Hindi) and Painting Competition were judged on the basis of First, Second, Third winner along with two Consolation Prizes whereas the Hindi Elocution and English Debate had First, Second and Third winners. The winners were given a certificate along with cash prizes, accounting to Rs. 1000 – First Winner, Rs. 750 – Second Winner, Rs. 500 – Third Winner and Rs. 250 – Consolation Prizes.
